subscription and access
EasyPray is a subscription-based app. to access our premium content and services, you must purchase a subscription through the apple app store.
the subscription is monthly and costs $4.99. it will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your apple id settings. to do this, go to settings > [your name] > subscriptions on your device.
subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
content and services
by subscribing, you gain access to premium prayer calculation methods, advanced notification customization, additional islamic content, qibla direction enhancements, and an ad-free experience.
user conduct
you agree to use the app responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. you must not:
• misuse the app or its content
• violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
the app is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. if you are under 13, do not use the app.
prayer time accuracy
while we strive to provide accurate prayer times and qibla directions using established islamic calculation methods, prayer times are calculated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. we recommend verifying prayer times with local islamic authorities when possible.
termination
we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms of use or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to the app or other users.
privacy
your privacy is important to us. please review our privacy policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. by using the app, you agree to the terms of our privacy policy.
disclaimer and liability
EasyPray is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. we do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
governing law
these terms of use are governed by the laws of the state of california, united states. any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in california.
changes to terms
we may update these terms of use at any time. if we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means. your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
